Funding availability, amounts, rates, terms, approval criteria, and timing are determined by independent third-party providers. We do not guarantee that any client or prospective client will qualify for, receive, or accept funding. Any decision to apply for or accept a third-party financial product is solely between you and the applicable provider.

Where sensitive financial documentation is required by a third-party provider, clients may be directed to provide that information directly to the provider. Automotion Consulting LLC does not collect or store Social Security numbers, bank statements, tax documents, or similar sensitive financial records through the Site or chat widget.

4. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description

Automotion Consulting LLC may send SMS messages to individuals who have expressly opted in through our GoHighLevel chat widget or another compliant consent method. Our messaging program may include both non-marketing and marketing communications.

If a conflict exists between these website Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls with respect to the services covered by that agreement.
